Recent Increase In Properties On The Market May Limit Increases In Prices

A recent increase in the number of properties going on the market may limit increases in house prices according to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

They say that the fall in interest in the sale of houses seen at the start of the year led to a small rise in prices. But the fact that the weather is improving and confidence has lifted, is now leading to too many houses being put up for sale. They say it is the first time in two years that new instructions had been higher than enquiries.
